OUR BACKGROUND

Career Arena’s approach and the concepts and techniques that underpin our ethos have been developed by our founder, Dorothy Wilson, over 15 years of working with people in career change situations.  

A broad-based commercial career has given Dorothy a deep understanding of the inter-relationship between people and organisations.  A Diploma in Management Studies and an MA in HRM, with career development as the dissertation subject, together with a coaching qualification, augment her practical experience.

Dorothy’s expertise has enabled Career Arena to develop the flexible programmes that guide our clients towards the realisation of their potential.

OUR POLICIES

Fundamental to our approach is that every client is treated as an individual.  Your Consultant will agree a programme with you and work with you on a one-to-one basis.   Your personal details will be treated in the strictest confidence.  

Any general information we may circulate will be on an opt-in basis.
